Join us at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and experience an 8-course chef's tasting menu focused on local and global influences. Featuring local and farmed ingredients foraged by Chef Brian Hirata from Na'au, and collaboratively shared with Chef Alessandro Taras from Sardinia's restaurant IsPaulis and Princeton's Elements restaurant, Chef Mike Ryan. Dishes will be paired with wine from the island of Sardinia by the Argiolas family winery.
