Dining

For more than 50 years at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, the indulgent Ovaltine Froth and refreshing Fredrico cocktail, served beachside at Hau Tree, have signaled “vacation time” to countless travelers. Manta Restaurant’s island and ocean-to-table menu is framed by spectacular ocean views while the iconic Copper Bar serves up a diverse array of entrees, tapas and handcrafted cocktails. Soothing sounds of the surf accompany soulful steel guitars at our authentic Hawaiian lūʻau.

In-Room

Laurance S. Rockefeller established in-room dining as a Mauna Kea Beach Hotel specialty upon the hotel’s opening in 1965. Whether calling for a family breakfast on the lanai (it’s always been a Rockefeller requirement that your in-room breakfast includes your own toaster!) or an intimate candlelit dinner for two, it will be a delicious experience.
